We want you to love your Phoenix United gear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and returned with all tags and original packaging.
To start a return, email jeremy@manorphx.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll reply with instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Pre-orders are fully refundable any time before they ship. Once a pre-order has shipped, the standard 30-day return policy applies.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
The fastest way to get the size or item you want is to return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is approved.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at jeremy@manorphx.com and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Gift cards and final-sale items are not eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend a trackable shipping method.
