In-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships from our warehouse in Phoenix, Arizona.
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate of $9. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
Pre-ordered items ship in waves beginning May 12, 2026. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, it may ship in multiple packages, and you'll receive tracking for each shipment.
Once your order ships we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to begin updating.
Phoenix United is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they're marked delivered by the carrier, or for carrier delays. If tracking shows delivered but you can't locate your package, contact the carrier first, then reach out and we'll help where we can.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
